Our Projects

#GreenMyCity is an initiative the Green Cities Foundation started to transform urban spaces by creating and enhancing green areas like parks, gardens, and public spaces. The campaign encourages individuals, communities, businesses, and municipalities to contribute to a healthier urban environment by planting trees, shrubs, and other vegetation. Through this initiative, we promote the idea that urban greenery beautifies cities, improves air quality, cools surroundings, reduces noise, and fosters physical and mental well-being.

Lanigan Elementary School, Lanigan SK

This project aims to create a new greenspace at Lanigan Elementary School, incorporating shelter and shade for an outdoor classroom and garden to support the school's successful outdoor learning program. The program focuses on studying life cycles, trees, habitats, and other aspects of nature. The initiative will also restore the greenspace and forest area lost during the construction of the new Lanigan School, which began in 2023. This project ensures the continuation of hands-on environmental education in a revitalized natural setting.
