Bill Hardy, CLHM

Bill Hardy, CLHM

Director

Talk to Bill Hardy, and you’ll learn a thing or two about the bears and the bees. Bill has been known to stay up all night to find a way to protect his hives while helping hungry bears make their way out the back door of his shop.

At home in the lower mainland of British Columbia, over the past 40 years, Bill has become a highly qualified management professional in the environmental horticulture industry.

Bill believes in the power of plants and working landscapes to help cities become healthier, more livable spaces, and he puts his beliefs into action by committing his time and talent as a volunteer on many initiatives.

Green Cities Foundation is grateful to have Bill’s good humour and wise counsel on the Board of Directors.
